Recruitment of Postdoctoral Research Workstation of Social Science Literature Press in 2020
Social Science Literature Publishing House is an academic publishing institution for the humanities and social sciences directly under the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. For many years, it has always adhered to the publishing concept of 'creating classics in social sciences and publishing documents for the future' and the product positioning of 'authority, cutting-edge and originality'. Planned and published a series of books with academic influence and market value, such as famous book brand and academic brand 'skin book', 'Oracle', 'Leguozhi', 'Reform and Opening Research Series'.
While doing a good job in academic publishing, the Social Science Literature Publishing House has focused on building a research publishing agency. In January 2014, it established the Paper Book Research Institute to build think tanks, cultural and creative industries, academic publishing evaluation studies, and academic publishing standards in China. Carried out applied research in the fields of norms, think tank achievement publishing and dissemination, and won 3 national social science fund key projects, 5 national social science fund general projects and youth projects, and 1 national social science fund late-funded project.
The Postdoctoral Research Station of Social Science Literature Press was formally established in August 2013, and began recruiting postdoctorals in 2014. As of the end of 2019, 13 post-doctors have been out of the station, and there are currently 8 post-doctors. In 2020, we will continue to recruit postdoctoral researchers at home and abroad, and welcome applications from outstanding doctors who are interested in research in related fields. 2. Application Conditions
1. Have good political quality and moral cultivation, abide by disciplines and laws, and have no bad experience;
2. Have a high level of scientific research and innovative spirit, and be able to independently complete post-doctoral research work during the station;
3. The main research directions and research expertise of the majors studied and the doctorate period are suitable for the research needs of the postdoctoral research of our company;
4. Obtain a Ph.D. degree at home and abroad, with a Ph.D. no more than 3 years (the PhD in 2020 must obtain a Ph.D. before entering the station);
5. Healthy under 35 years old;
6. Engaged in full-time postdoctoral research during the station.
3. Application materials
1. 'Postdoctoral Application Form' (download attachment);
2. Scanned copies of doctoral diplomas and degree certificates, and those who have not obtained the certificates, submit scanned copies of the 'Resolution of the Doctoral Dissertation Defence Committee' of the doctorate in the current year (new doctors can submit before the entry)
3. Scanned copy of expert recommendation letter (two expert recommendations, one of which is the applicant's doctoral supervisor) (download address: China Postdoctoral Network);
4. Scanned copy of my ID card, military officer card or transfer, demobilization card, foreign residence permit and other valid documents;
5. Doctoral dissertation (PDF version electronic version, fresh doctors can submit the first draft of the dissertation first, and the final draft of the dissertation before entering the station);
6. Two masterpieces of academic papers (PDF version electronic version);
7. Research plan (30005000 words, limited to one research direction per person).

4. Plan to hire personnel to go through the entry procedures.

V. Treatment during the station
1. Post-doctoral postgraduates whose current doctoral degree and salary relationship are transferred to this station, during the station's work, sign an employment contract with the Society, and the salary is referred to the same official staff of the Society for verification;
2. The level of welfare benefits such as housing provident fund, social insurance, etc. is equal to that of the company ’s regular employees;
3. The post-doctoral staff who can work out of the site and engage in scientific research work, but whose salary relationship is still in the original unit, do not enjoy the salary and related benefits provided by the site;
4. This site provides housing subsidies for postdoctoral personnel.
